In accordance with Utah Code §10-9a-205, the Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 4th, 2024 at 7 PM, at the Elwood Town Hall located at 5235 W 8800 N, Elwood, Utah, to take public comments for and/or against Elwood Ordinance 10.15; for a rezone request from Residential (R) to a Master Planned Community (MPC)for property located at approximately 10200 N. 5100 W, Elwood, Utah 84337.

The foregoing Planning Commission public hearing notice was posted and can be viewed at Town Hall, on the City’s website www.elwoodtown.com, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
Notice of this meeting will also be duly provided as required by law. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA) – In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Elwood will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Requests for assistance may be made by contacting Elwood Town at (435) 257- 5518, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
